I agree, it is better to let a guilty man go free than to kill an innocent man. That's my problem with arbiters, not only have I gotten people wanted unfairly a few times, but I've been flagged without breaking a law, without even having anyone accusing me of something. Arbiters need to learn the law better and stop caring so much about killing and getting eq.
