> C) Empire is what empire does. When they have a charismatic leader (Istendil, Agorinth etc.) people will flock to this cabal of killers. That is one story we have heard many times, swinging from "Yesterday I had 20 citizens in my range" to "Now, who is the Emperor and where is he?" This will most likely not change.

This can go to ways, they accept that conjuration is part of nature, and then proceed to annihilate all cities on Thera, or they can get a conservatory leader that reinstate the Nature vs. Magic. Things and only allow one Bard in the grove and then only to announce the new policy.

So for the criminals out there, do not worry, I promise you that in a month or so we will be back to the lawless times as before the hall was resurrected. The arbiters are having a bit of good luck with lots of applicants and someone to induct them. But these things change, Kryn will get a part time job as a daycareworker, Grallon will get a life and Polemachus might make good on his treat on returning to his studies. Then again Arbiters will be back to the same old routine - guarding Galadon with no time to rank and all will be happy.

cabals need to be restricted!!! I see 3 perdominant cabals Ragers, Sylvan and Arbiters. There are to many Bards in this land and I give Astillian the new Trouper leader my graditution because Troupers are mainly supposda be Bards because of there story and poem and song skills. Although Bards are good fighters!! And yes the Empire are just a bunch of Souless Followers. The cabals need there restraints. And the Knights brought back to correct the Arbiters
