I like your ideas, but one thing I always kinda thought. I always thought the greenskins were neutral more than anything, self serving, rather than trying to pick on the good races alone. I'm sure they'd whomp a necromancer for all of his shiny metallic objects.
Kinda an addition, but I think it'd be neat if goblins had a weaker version of steal, in that it's a blatant thief, less elegant than the other races of Thera.
