I dont think they Shouldn't be in there, but the question here is, is "Are their songs magical?" In CF terms, no, Their illusions in the mind but not magical. True, that battle bards are tough, I fought Rybiskus several times, he was no slouch, neither was Arkisto, or Kastellyn. Fact is though, there's plenty of ways to negate singing, so their really not much of a problem. Sylvan bards in my opinion, are very overpowered, much more than a rager bard.
