Healers would gain more experience for healing wounded adventurers (of course there would have to be a rule to prevent exploitation), and less experience for killing.

Perhaps the creation of an area (perhaps in the galadon park) where healers could go to offer their services, with strong guardians to prevent fighting within the area. (Guardians would stop people that have engaged in Player vs Player battle, but not mob battle)

Such an area would likely be a good general meeting area for adventurers seeking companions, and as well as being a hub for trading and for roleplay.
