Most summoners that you ask, save Necro's that aren't in your cabal (in my experience) volunterr their info you befriend them..... If not... here's a great idea: Befriend any summoner that you think might be worth a damn-get him killed and then offer to help him re-outfit-sitting in a remote location summoning whatever gear he/shit/it needs... simply keep track of anything he summons and try it yourself (you may want to ask for clerification on how to summon some fo them-some of their names are tricky).
