Just noticed, charge set, how can it possibly hit an unseen attacker?

I fought some polearm spec and they all put that pole through my ribs when I tried to jack 'em. Even though they couldn't see me. Aint that a bit unrelevant, eh?

I mean, when I jack someone, I don't see the picture of me running into him with a lead filled sack, I'm coming from behind, unseen and unless they are wavering around with their weapon they wouldn't be able to hit me.

It's like they would have a "sixth sense".

Yeah that is as stupid as you being able to blackjack me while I wear a magically helmet or being about to backstab me with a dagger through my 6 inch solid steel platemail.
