Maybe neutrals care less about the person who they are killing therefore are less intrested, and learn less. While a good person would have more intrest in killing an evil char and therefore be more intrested and learn more from the fight.

I don't remember the exact formula for the ratio between the experience you get as a light/dark vs a neutral char, but in ic, does it really work that way? I really can't think of a neutral char in a fantasy book I've read (probably because I haven't read many), but surely they don't gain their experience slower. I don't see why being neutral should penalize you when it comes to growing in your profession.
