Can't tell you all how much I love CF. Thanks to the Imp's and Imm's for all their work and to all the player for the fantastic interaction. I am no longer a newbie but I certainly play one on CF since I do somewhat poorly in regards to PK and such. It is fantastic, however, to have the opportunity to oleplay whatever I like and to do it with like minded folks. For all of you to get your chuckles, I have never had a char past 29 but it really isn't that bad. I concentrate mostly on my roleplaying (such as it is - still learning) and therefore usually get smucked before I get too high, which of course as it should be. I don't really enjoy trying to learn all the atributes of the various weapons, armor and gadgets so it's likely I will never go all that far. But if I can make another enjoy their interaction with me it is definitely worth it. I hesitated to use a current char's name but then I thought , "What the hell, no one uses posted info in judging someone IC, right? *huge laugh goes here*. Regardless of anyone's thoughts on what I do I really wish you all to know that I appreciate the time you spend interacting with me as I try to play roles that are a bit too complicated for someone that lacks years of experience. My only request is that immortals and cabal leaders, as well as regular mortals, provide more insight on empowerment, and cabal joining for those of us that aren't yet perfect. It is hard to learn how to be Entropy (or whatever cabal) by reading the one page helpfile and interacting with folks that say,"You should know in your heart what it takes to join!" There is a learning curve that is quite steep and a little assistance from time to time is required. Thanks to that assassin (I don't think I should mention his name) that discussed joining the Empire for quite some time with me. He prepared me for the rigors of the interview and I enjoyed it very much. Thanks again for all the help folks, and I wish you well in the Fields.
