Why then does the empire, including all sects, grovel at the feet of Masters and most Arbiters? If anything they should be forcing the bloodoath on these correct? You rarely see raids without one or the other calling for that cabal as backup. I wonder and ask why there is very little immortal response on this petty alliance?
