I don't understand it. For roughly a week I've been trying to get mule kick to 91%. Yes I know how to use it, yes I know how to practice it, and yes I practice it continuously for hours and hours on end.. And I've only got it up to 79%.. I have max int and wis for a human, and I'm baffled as to why it's not going up. Maybe I just don't have an Invoker's patience, or not, but if this seems unusual I would appreciate any input..
