Well, the best race for AP, IMHO, is felar. Best for necro is Drow. I get alot of enjoyment from dying alot, and having alot of penalties which far outweigh any benefits, so I'd recommend nothing less for people who don't get enough torture in their every day lives.

Of course, if you are wanting to make the best killer in the mud, well, experience and knowledge of the mud matters far more than any race/class combination.
