Ranger's knapsack is from ranger's guild in Mortorn. Unless you are a ranger or highlevel, you won't get in though.
Big ol' packsack is bought at Griff in Emerald... It doesn't really hold much though.
You can get a backpack that is nice in High Tower north and west of the mistress, and there is a girdle of endless space on Sweeney the mad in Battlefields... He is hidden though, so you need to have a way to get him out if you can't see hidden.
