That is double the information that you get for most no-exit deathrooms. Not sure if any more is needed.

That being said, Yes I beleive arbiters should post a note to all illuminating this.

And for the general well being of the public, and to perhaps head off newbie rants on the forum about arbiters let me say this ooc.

The current arbies are not exactly like the past arbies, for one reason. The current leadership does not beleive that intent has shit to do with the law. So if your groupmate accidently does not trust you, oh well, if you accidently walk into the stern, oh well. Nowhere on the Pillar does it mention intent.

I have had a few past arbiters, and from my past experiences this is a departure from how the Arbies used to opperate. and may cause some confusion and misunderstandings.
