If it's a character you like, keep with it.
This is just one minor setback out of *many* your character will experience in his "lifetime." You'll die your first PK, and consider deleting. You'll gather the most amazing set of gear that is utterly perfect for your uses and lose it to something that seems ridiculously unfair, and you'll consider deleting. It goes on and on.
What you have to realize is that CF is constantly changing. One minute you're jamming, the next you're at the bottom of some kind of hole. What keeps you playing that character is how much interest or personal involvement you have in him, and what makes that character special and memorable is how he copes with the various problems and situations that come on top.
Anyway, I say stick with it. A 90k hole is not unsurmountable at that rank.
