I think I know what your saying, I can feel your pain since you were forced to choose then regreted your choice. But I do feel that you should have wich of the three you had in mind.
Now for the hard to believe part. I didn't realize there was a choice. I still thought there was just one type of rager. and Go figure thooble would have been a perfect defender.

But Dhaevor never told Thooble that he HAD to be any of the three. If he had told Thooble of the three then told thooble to be one of them with out choice Thooble would have walked.
So I guess if your saying there should be an "entry level" rager then later a second stage in wich you choose what you are that might work. but not if it was forced upon you.
