Any mage that knows what they are doing can get shield, aura, and barrier easily, or at least with some help. That more than compensates for transform. Scourge is just sick. Five masters scourging will ruin anyone's day. Especially if you have no way of healing it. Sure, you say potions, well I've tried using potions and they just don't work. In my eyes, the Masters should be beating the hell out of the Sylvans, but strangely, it's the other way around.
