Is it undesirable that notes of roleplay value alone be sent to "immortal"?

That is, would I be smited for sending a few notes to all immortals that had no value whatsoever other than to advance the roleplay of my character. No bug reports, no typo reports, no questions, or otherwise ooc matters, just straight up RP notes addressed to nobody in particular but something that my char would want the heavens to know.
