I think that comes and goes. There have also been equal amounts of time where people can't help but babble over cb and (less commonly) where Cultists have roved around in gangs. I have no doubt that the experience changes over time.

FWIW, Cultists won't incur my wrath by speaking over the cabal channel, unless the content suggests they don't know what they're doing (eg: [SCARAB] Bonzo: Hey, dudes, whassup? I'm gonna go get me some Dawnie tail tonight, any of U up for that?")
