When bards drink alcohol and get 'stinking drunk' it works much to the same affect as a Transumter casting slow on himself.

I dont know if it is a true fact, but it does seem that when bards sing songs while they are drunk, the songs pack a little more punch and work a little more often as in the sleep song.
