True. However, if a person doesn't want to listen he won't be "charmed" be the bard. The whole point of a bard is to make people want to listen to your music. n/t:

The only race left I would say is dark elf. I would let them be musicians. In the R.A. Salvatore series they dance and enjoy music, it's just more sexual for them. Although with a max charisma of 16 they aren't going to make the best singers.
