If you weren't lawful evil when you took the oath , you will not only lose everything (like a spells) but the immortal sometimes can and will kick you out for bad spheres. Yeah, bloodoath doesn't work like it used too. It doesn't erase all your previous thoughts and ideas and change you to Empires, it just erases your skills and spells. Kinda funny asking someone to take the bloodoath now days when it pretty much telling them to delete.
I can see maybe a sphere of chaos or nature causing you to lose your spells. A priest that was neutral or good, changing to evil (not a 100% because some Gods aren't about good and evil and sure as hell not because of ethos). Then you got those races that need to stay their alignment. Everything else should be fairgame and those that lost their shit do to their race or sphere should be giving a chance to get them back This chance should be easy, that is the lure of evil, cheap and easy. I mean, how much pull would the Emperor in Star Wars when he tried to convince Darth Vadar to submit to the Dark Side if it wasn't easier and faster way to power than going through all that boring Jedi training?
