I have been an Empire player almost all the time. Right now the Empire is down in its power cycle and some of us are trying to rebuild it. I understand that maybe the imms are unhappy with the way citizens have been handling themselves but dammit you have got to let us make the Empire at least playable before we begin to play it better. I log on sometimes for hours as the only citizen in the realms and it is highly frustrating because I can not get anything done. There are usually five to a dozen rager heroes runnin around. No one wants to take the oath and no one wants to play Empire. The reason is because the odds are you will become anathema very fast and because the Empire has not been allowed a chance to regroup and rebuild itself.
