Take a look at the Variety of classes then look at conjurer, When I look at conjurer I see a caged mage, she cant fight with hands or a weapon well, look for what they arent good at and attack that.
A class off the top of my head that can kill a conjurer is either a good transmuter, And Average Warrior or a poor assassin
