If i recall that the help files say u cannot use any power after 10. But can one goto level 11 and hit the hunting range and have the power and use it. I.e. paladin hits level 11 and can he use protection and call lightning but not the spells after level 11?
To my knowledge u can goto level 11 and use the skills but skills after level 11 u cannot use.

Any help will be very grateful.....
