Summoning transplendants is easy once you figure out where to summon from... i have a gnome conjurer and it is not hard to summon a transplendant. The same goes for summoning Demons and Devils. oh and if you are a gnome, Always put more into binding than into conjurering... ALWAYS. Well summoning archons/devils may be different with your gnome because my natural charisma is at 19.
