It sucks, but it happens and there's not much you can do about it.
I think it's pretty low, but I expect it after seeing how poorly
some of the population roleplay. Just move on and try to get to
the 40+ ranks where it doesn't occur as much. The 20th-35th ranks
are just not very fun to be in as most are there to pk. Though
it's tough to find a group sometimes, keep trying and rank your way
through.
