Fisrt off, I have only recently watched that Buffy the Vampire slayer show, in which I do believe there is
someone by the name of Xander in it. I originally took the name to honor my newly born nephew Alexander
(I know silly, and his mother did not understand it at all).
I have played every class in the game. I have been around since the first age, and love the game to bits. I
even went so far as playing a semi-successful necromancer, Xander. I was fine in the 20's, actually making
the PK list, which I believe is the first mage to ever be in the PK list at that rank, making it as far as 8th. I
actually made it my goal to hit the gang-bangers. A personal thing I have, as I am close friends with
Kryssis, and we seem to have similar mentalities. OF course I can not stand playing the game with him, as
frankly I am a Good at heart. He is pure evil through and through *grin*.
My Role lent me towards the Empire, which I enjoyed on a RP level, but grew to detest as the fools that run
through there are an impressive bunch. LEadership from the top was a bit ragged, as there was a change
over of Top Dog and I lost the love for the game frankly, dealing with idiots in the other sects... helpless to
do anything about it other then wait for other sect leaders.
But the main thing is, I could Kill. From 20th rank onward I could slaughter. Especially in the 20's where
warriors thought they were invincible.... What could a lowly mage do to a group of 3? It was fun. Well time
went on. I was made anathema, simply because there was a more knowledgable Necro on my heals bidding
for my position. Which was fine for me. I was looking forward to it from an RP stand. Then the wooing of
the wife to be came and the character sank into autodelete.
I came back though, and have played a number of Warrior type characters, and you know what... I can not
kill worth shit. Ranked up a NEcro and deaths galore. Ranked up an invoker, and death galore. My
conjurer... did not kill too much with him because it was too easy. Warrior type though? I can't seem to get
the hang of it.
So my question is this.... how do ya all out there do with the different classes in a PK aspect. It seems I go
against the grain, wailing with mages and being whipped with warriors, specially at low ranks...... Just a
rant/surevey from little old Me.
