Emerald Forest... the damn boogum

Arkham, Seantryn... the price of boats... as a newbie, if you croak, it's damn tough to get the money together to buy a boat... yes, it can be done, but it takes some time.

Udgaard, Arial City and the surrounding areas are hell on a newbies legs.

None of these things are a big deal, but minor annoyances do factor in when choosing a hometown. It would be nice if your roleplay, and your role, dictated where you live, but sometimes you just go with convenience.
