Not in more esoteric locations like the Tower of High Sorcery or Thar-Acacia, but it's both realistic and newbie-friendly to have some less-than-obvious potion names be explained somewhere. Maybe stick a sign in the shop room describing their affects. It'd be a wize business move on Keilah and Braheem's part, to be sure. Things in Udgaard and Seantryn aren't precisely named, but their descriptions are more than accurate.
