One person told me I should ask the Emperor. Truth is, in RP, I had to say "Emperor? We've got one of those? Never seen em." Obviously the Empire cannot grow strong with no one to induct or preach it's goals/morals/laws. What's a person to do? I wasn't going to lie to the Inquisitor, and my lack of Empire knowledge was not my own fault. Seems to me, the high-ups should be made Anathemas.
