I don't agree with the statement that "snooping" is OOC. That is saying that Gods are not omniescent. Do not most myths portray the gods as watching mortals from the heavens? That is how I perceive "snoop".
I agree that the Imperial Imm's are taking too strong of a hand in the anath'ing and are starting to remind me of the Arbiter Imm's taking all control away from the mortal leaders. But there should always be some fear that a God is watching you from the heavens.
