It's a three step process:
1. Go to the shrine of your God/Goddess
2. Pray 33 times, 'This is for you, Oh goodly purveyor of porn, thou suculent obfuscator of ofal, thou wondrous enchanter of crapulence!'
3. Summon the elemental.
If you get killed, you did it wrong.
