You are absolutely correct. This help file outlines exactly how a LE should view the world in its most simplistic form. However, you neglected to address the final line of the help file. This thread and the one below simply proves that we providing one of the required elements to play a good LE. We provide fear of punishment.

It is simple. If you can’t do the time, don’t do the crime.
