He said that (for the bloodoath) Ethos doesn't matter. It doesn't (with the possible exception of communers). You tried to tell him he's wrong by saying that if you are chaotic WITH SPHERE CHAOS you are in trouble. Well, duh. But any old guy with a chaotic ethos (who is evil) that has, say, sphere lust (as an example) won't get smacked by the God of Chaos nor by the Gods of Empire for oathing.
