Its been answered a million times already, but I'll post the definitive answer again anyway.
Bloodoathing (or changing alignment any other way without immortal approval) will cause you to lose spell, songs, supplications, specs, etc on the following conditions:
1) You change aligment (not ethos).
2) As a priest, you change ethos and/or alignment.
Its as simple as that. I doubt this will stop people from asking the same thing a million more times, however, because newbies who take the bloodoath don't bother reading the forum until they've already screwed a character up.
