item, nor preventing you from taking it
at that point in time. Instead of
killing in town, maybe you ought to go try
raiding and taking that item. Gee, he comes
to defend? So kill him there. What if he
doesn't? That's great, he's complying with
Imperial Law.

Now, if you're going to argue that it's okay
to attack JoeSchmoe Rager Thief who just stole
the bloody Head from you in New Thalos while
you were on your way back to the Palace to down
it, sure, I sincerely doubt any Sect Leader or
Empire Immortal is going to fault you for
that.. but that's a whole new angle compared
to what you've been arguing.
