It might not be a big secret, but there seem to be a general concensus about keeping this kind of information in the game.. and I agree with that. Try asking a groupmate, someone of your guild, of your sphere, a goodie if you are good, etc.. It shouldn't be difficult (for the fillets). If you really can't find anyone who would help for free, try offering something in return.
