I think there is an elf who practices Necromancy - Avendella, I think. I'm not sure about having a class from the race restriction. Could try, though I think you need to have a very strong role and rp. If you never have any interaction with Imms before, I suggest you try an Empowered Character first and try to reach for a tattoo. By then, you would have a rough idea how the Imms work.
