Is there a safe place anywhere in Thera to practice songs like 'cold be sleep' and 'weak time of year'? I once heard there was an empty practice studio in Hill Crest but I have been unable to find it. And you can't practice in the guilds in the protected areas. Any ideas or thoughts?
