First of all, I think you misunderstand what he wants, I think he wants to do a race/class combination, that is not normally allowed, and as someone else pointed out, it is possible, but very hard. Avendella is an elf necromancer, but is also the only one I have ever seen to do this kind of thing.
Second... I had a bit of interaction with your char, and while you might have a birth defect, that is fine. But to me the things you say are utterly incomprehensible... And when I ask you again, you just repeat the former sentence. Perhaps try to make your speech just a little bit less incomprehensible, and it will make sense to some people.
Anyway, just because you put it in your role, that you have a birth defect, I don't see what the problem is that imms doesn't watch you all the time. You are rank 18 for gods sake, they have better things to do to watch over newbies...

There is a basic class that is set to nothing when starting a mud.. and you can build skills on it and rename it.. set that class to a certain name, and add skills and such to it already on other classes. that way it is possible, but i will say this. You would have to have a role, because imms i have noticed dont look how you roleplay your char anymore.. they look at your role and dont watch you as much. have a great role, then send a note to the gods. and dont do anything like my char and have a birth defect.. it isnt worth role playing sometimes with shitty imms who cant read broken english heh.
