One penalty exp for races is it multiple? (text):

(human needs 1000 per lvl just to explain)
If one say has a duergar 1000 to rnk 250 extraper level. So at lvl 1 he needs 1250. then at lvl two would he need 2250 to rank or 2500? thanks all
