This has been debated more often than I have had hot dinners. The magical flag is old code, no Imm wants to take all of them off of the items. Its basically a flag and has no real meaning as to it being magical. The things ragers cannot wear are things that cast or that are invisible. If we, as ragers, were not allowed anything that had a magical flag we would be basically naked.
