my spellcraft went up 1% at rank 2 and hasn't since. I'm now rank 9. No matter how many spells I cast, it doesn't go up. Any ideas as to what I can do to increase it?

• just keep casting.. that one goes up slowly.. very slowly. dont expect it to be more than 80% by the time you have all your spells perfected at rank 10. ulghrit 08:20:14 4/29/2000 (0)
