about Ragers when they aren't doing as well as they feel they should be. I've seen people whine over the Master CB about Battle being overpowered, try whining over the Battle CB about overpowered mages, you won't be a villager very long.
And before you Masters(Mithadris) jump in with your favorite points that Masters is supposed to be about learning, I feel I must point out that Master policies that made the cabal lean toward the learning aspect have been removed. Spell perfection quotas? Gone. Non-agression policy? Gone. The tower and the Empire have always been in bed together, but lately the Tower looks more and more like 'Empire West' every day.
