I don't know what you wrote, but if I was an implementor and found that checking my "cf" email led to dozens of angry messages every day, I would either:

a) not read my cf email
b) skim through the subjects and delete the ones that don't intrigue me
c) read each email and choose to respond only to ones that aren't about people complaining

If you bitched them out about something dumb (even if it seemed valid to you), my guess is that they just ignored it or plain haven't read it.
