Ok.....i know at a certain point (perfecting sing) a bard doesn't need to use an instrument anymore. But does it still help to use an instrument even if you dont need one? I see a lot of hero bards using instruments, instead of a shield. Also if someone would like to post some basic survival facts and hints to sucess with bards it would be appriciated.
