Each time I enter the game, I go through my list of applicants
that I have spoken to or will speak to and check which one of
them are on. Then I look for any new scrolls from applicants and
look for them, adding them to my interview list. I actively seek
out applicants, usually I speak to them before they speak to me.
I have interviewed I would say 12 people in the last three days.
Every person that has an active application (on the note list) I
have talked to. So there!
