For those who have experience with transmuters, can you help me out here?

-Can you cast spells while you are shapeshifted?

-In your opinion what is best Offensive/Defensive/Utility form?

-Is it worth it to learn a utility form?

-3 forms is the most a transmuter can learn?

-If you choose arcane focus, are DUO and Hold person the only 2 spells that are available?

-In your opinion which focus is better? or are they pretty much balanced?
