In an extended fight/raid situation, it usually behooves the rager to keep resist/spellbane up.

In said extended situation, in my past ragers, it was NOT uncommon to have to put up resist and spellbane around 4 times...at 50 mana a pop that is 400 mana, add in truesight for those who do not play assassins, and you get more mana used up in an extended fight than most hero ragers (non-bards that is) have, because how many of them clothe for mana?

Its all tactics man. Know what your opponent can do, and for how long.

name me one rager under hero that can keep resist and spellbane up for a 40 round fight, and truesight every other round (20 times) to keep himself unblind.....
